40X30X1000 Colour’s thermal labels
This is the most commonly used retail barcode label size. We have them in green, yellow, red and orange. Each roll is R50.00
Thermal labels are typically direct thermal (where the label itself reacts to heat from the printer) or thermal transfer (where ink is transferred from a ribbon to the label). For colored thermal labels, these could be used for applications where the color adds a visual element, such as for:
- Product labeling (to differentiate between products, sizes, or types)
- Shipping labels (for visually distinct packages or categories)
- Specialty uses (like price tags or event tickets)
Things to consider:
- Compatibility with your printer: Ensure your printer supports colored thermal labels if you’re using a direct thermal printer, as it typically only prints in black. You might need a thermal transfer printer for colored ribbons.
- Color options: Common colors available for thermal labels include white, yellow, red, blue, green, and even custom designs if you have a specific requirement.
- Adhesive type: Depending on the surface to which you’ll be applying the labels, choose an adhesive that works for your needs, such as permanent, removable, or even freezer-grade for low temperatures.
- Custom designs: If you need custom logos, barcodes, or text in the color scheme, you may need to design these and print them on the colored label.
